Mallard Cove Hunting Preserve is
owned & operated by Hunter Capps, Ashley Grimes, & Scott King, three friends with a passion for hunting and
the outdoors. Mallard Cove specializes in “No Limit” waterfowl & upland bird hunting. Located in the
Suttontown community near Faison, NC on King Farms, we have an abundance of ponds, natural creeks,
swamps, and grain fields to allow for a great hunting atmosphere & experience.
Mallard Cove has a number of
hunting packages available to choose from. Whether you want to hunt mallard ducks, upland birds, or both we
can accommodate most any request. We have hunts for the individual, small groups of hunting buddies, and
large corporate groups. Our staff can customize hunts for almost any situation. Give us a call or an email to

Mallard Cove also provides lodging
for our guests at our on site bunkhouse for an additional charge. We also have kennels on site to board your
hunting dogs. Just let us know your needs when you book your hunt.
Mallard Cove provides all hunters
with a guide as well as a trained retriever or upland dog if needed. We will transfer hunters to and from the
hunting areas. One meal and snacks are provided with your hunt package. We also have shotguns for rent and
shotgun shells for sale if needed. Bird processing & packaging is also available for a small fee.
Mallard Cove has added a 12 station
sporting clay range for hunters and shooters alike. The sporting clay range will be open year round Wednesday
thru Sunday and by appointment for private groups. We can cater to the individual shooter all the way to large

from Oct.1-Mar.31. We offer morning & afternoon hunts. We are located just 3 miles from Interstate 40 exit
