Non-Flammable vs Competitors Short Term Flame Resistance

Unlike many current fire retardants that only resist fire for a short period of time, Hartindo(TM) AF21-treated material will not burn. Flames from untreated material will not be able to spread when they encounter Hartindo(TM) AF21-treated material, which causes a fire to be limited to the size of the initial fuel source.

Army BDU Question....?

How do you use the blouses? I am not sure what they are called but the rubber band with the clasps that you use to tuck in your pants/shirt sleeves. My friend is starting in the C.A.P. and he needs to know how to use it. Thanks for your answers...

I never realized there were so many ways to use boot blousers.

1. Anyway, wrap them around your leg just above the top of the boot.

2. Pull your trousers over the top of the boot so that they hang lose.

3. Grab the boot blouser (with both hands) through your trouser leg.

4. Tuck the trouser leg up into the boot blouser, so basically the trouser leg is doubled up underneath itself being held in place by the boot blouser.

5. Repeat on the other side.

If you choose to tuck your trousers into your boots, it cannot create a "Pegged" appearance with BDUs. I'm not sure if that reg applies to ACUs as well, but I assume it does.

I have used boot blousers my entire career. I think tucking it into the boot is very uncomfortable.
