I'm helping a friend refurbish the interior of her boat and we're thinking slatted blinds would be a contemporary nice touch

As you can see the ends of the window don't drop down straight so the blinds need to be wider at the bottom than the top. It must be technically possible to do this as it has been done here---> http://nauticalseams.com/portfolio/images/windowtreatments/0009.jpg

What I'm wondering is if anyone out there has cut and fitted shop bought blinds in this way or if it would have to be a professional 'bespoke' job? Also, if anyone has had this type of bespoke job done, was it very pricey?
