How to Curl Hair with GHD straightener
Many people thought it is cannot to curl hair with GHD NZ .However, it is possible to curl hair with GHD Australia .GHDs and Remingtons come with curl secrets DVDs, but one way to do it, is to get a section of hair and twist it around the straighteners for a few seconds.Alternatively you can wrap the hair around a pencil and finger, and clamp your hair between the plate (remember to remove your finger or pencil) for a few seconds. With my straighteners it says you can also plait your hair and then straighten the plait. Undo the plait and then you have curls-I haven't tried this yet though. Alternatively, tie your hair into ponytails and twist into knots, and clamp the plates over them for about 10 seconds et voila-get out of bed hair instantly (apparently).Curling is best if you have skinny plates though-for hopefully obvious reasons – not a good idea to try to create tight ringlets with 2″ plates.
Detailed step for curl with ghd Straightener :
* Starting at the crown, take a small section of hair and spray it with a light mist of ghd Iron Oil.
* Now wind this section around your finger to the ends of the hair. Use the thumb and index finger of your other hand to hold the section in place.
* As you ease out your finger feed the section of hair into the irons and hold for 5 to 10 seconds to create glossy, spiral curls.
* Repeat this process with other small sections of hair.
* For a longer lasting curl secure each section with a hairpin. Once each section is secured take out the pins and release the curl.
As if your gonna flick it out pull straightners down length of hair will create a wave rather than a curlgood luck and stick with it.But it takes some practice.Style your hairs with ghd Hair Straighteners now, beauty and easily.

What straightener should I buy?
I like my straightener, its remington t-studio blue nano-silver 1" but i need one thats a bit bigger, one that heats up faster, and when you clamp down, the plates aren't completely parallel, which is kind of in-convenient. I was thinking something titanium FOR A DECENT PRICE, or the conair 2" nano silver flat iron (go to http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://fashiontribes.typepad.com/fashion/images/2007/12/05/beauty_2.jpg&imgrefurl=http://fashiontribes.typepad.com/fashion/2007/12/for-dolls-who-c.html&h=222&w=250&sz=35&hl=en&start=4&sig2=yyc2r38MQL3ciKgzRnbEiQ&um=1&usg=__f5_fQLiLvWo-TPHHmuPFiF_Tt8M=&tbnid=JUg2LvzmUqq8KM:&tbnh=99&tbnw=111&ei=pX7WSK3CHY6UhAK62czaCA&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dconair%2B2%2522%2Bnano%2Bsilver%2Bflat%2Biron%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dsafari%26rls%3Den%26sa%3DN) it needs to make my hair rllllly straight, and shiny and smooth, and non-frizzy.
I'd say anything ceramic.. Mine heats up pretty quick and it's maximum temperature is pretty high..
For shiny, smooth, non-frizzy hair, I would suggest a product like BioInfusion.. You might try it (if you haven't already) it's worked WONDERS for me!!
