Anyone know how to stretch the siderail cloth, instead of, folding it, at the pocket side rails?

Didn't know if there was a tutorial on it? I had it explained 2 me before, and also refelted non folded rails, and had the copy right in front of me to do it, but still couldnt pull it off, without doing the folding method, arggggg lol any hints?, or links?

I would go to AZBilliards.com forums, there is forum called 'Talk to a Mechanic'. You should try a search and if you can't find what youre looking for, just ask. In particular a guy by the name of Glen (a.k.a. "realkingcobra") is a great source of information. Good luck.
