The more 'tactical' you clothing at the range, the worse of a shot you are?

If I was casting a movie about Mall Ninjas, this guy today would have been the lead. He even had the tactical thigh holster.

Yeah yeah - We have a couple of those types every other time I am at the range..... Wearing tactical gear with AR15 rifles.... In my short conversations with then I found a common theme.... Most were either mall security guards, volunteer fireman or ambulance techs.... They just want to feel "important"..... Whats really disgusting is the way they sneer at other gun owners and there choices of guns.....

One afternoon a couple were giving me dirty looks with my Ruger Mini 30..... One mentioned about how inaccurate it is.... I challenged him to try and hit my 12 inch steel plate at 150 yards.... Open iron sites.... He said no - Optics on paper.... I pointed out anyone can do that --- Now try to hit the steel and he could not!... Neither could his friends.... Then he spouted off about how his AR15 was so great.... Big deal - I own 10 of them and they don't impress me one bit...... Now hit the steel with your great AR15 with no optics.... I even took my glasses off and said "lets make a bet"... First one to miss the steel coughs up 10 bucks!.... No takers!....
