Fenix TK40 and the Fenix TK45 High Performance Flashlight are incredible LED flashlights.
These flashlights are equivalent to 10 watt search and rescue High Intensity Discharge light, it is an LED and much brighter. Because it is LED it is much more efficient and functional making it more applicable to many different tasks.
What are some of the main features and benefits of these two incredible flashlight? To begin with they are...
- Extremely Bright with 630 or more Lumen on high beam then follows along with 277 lumen, 93 lumen and 13 lumen. On this low output expect to get about 130 hours of operation.
- AA Batteries rather than expensive and hard to find 123's. Can use rechargables.
- LED low power consuming bulbs MC-E CREE 50,000 hrs
- Slow Flash, SOS and Tactical Strobe on all light settings
- Can run on 4 AA batteries if need be.(8 AA for full load operation)
- Digitally controlled power maintains brightness even with low batteries.
- Anti Roll Design
- Waterproof down to 6 feet for 30 minutes - won't get wet when it rains
- Great "throw" and Excellent peripheral light
- TK40 has Carrying Case, shoulder strap, lanyard and extra rubber boot.
- Constructed of Aircraft Grade Aluminum
The not so good features include...
- Use of lithium batteries voids warrant
- Batteries not included
- Bit pricey, but you get what you pay for
- TK45 does not have a holder
Not all features are uniform between the two high performance flashlights but they are very close in many features.
In the end, they are high quality flashlights that will serve the user well for many years to come. The user reviews have spoken and there are limited issues with either of these torches.

More than likely its a chinese piece of crap. It will work for 2-3 minutes and then break. Regardless of "location" or "ship from" address, 99% of stuff on ebay is chinese knockoffs and they aren't worth anything
