Is a shock collar right for my jack russell?
I have a male jack russell terrier who is a little over a year old. I know jacks are natural barking dogs, but when we leave him in the backyard he barks non-stop until someone goes outside or lets him in. I've tried training him to stop barking but he is quite stubborn. I'm considering purchasing the shock collar that reacts to barking, but not sure if its the right way to go.
