Why Are There So Many Botched Nose Jobs?
Patients frequently wonder, "Why did my nose look okay at first, but after a year or even 2 years later, is now collapsed, pinched or what has now become known as "skeletonized" and artificial looking." Unfortunately, this problem is not rare according to Botox for migraines pioneer and experienced rhinoplasty specialist Dr. William Binder. It is estimated that between 5 – 15% of patients who undergo rhinoplasty will need revision surgery, some needing minor and others more major procedures. However, this technique, by itself, yields results which often look and feel equally unnatural. Dr. Binder’s unique methods include grafting procedures to reinforce the natural cartilages which will actually form the shape of the nasal tip. This is a major difference in conceptual thinking between the two Beverly Hills rhinoplasty techniques.
Form Follows Function
The definition of revision rhinoplasty embraces the concept of "reinforcing noses" that have been structurally weakened by previous surgeries, or require further aesthetic correction. its an rg brand 22 pistol also a revolver with serial number t545440 i need to know how old it is and the price of it
It's an "inexpensive" revolver made by Rohm (German). They were cheap as new and have little or no collector value, save whatever utility value they have. I have an old hand-me down RG-10 revolver (.22 Short!) and it is next to useless, misfiring about 4 out of 10 shots. I don't have info as to manufacture dates.
