Sarvoday Plastomech is always keen to select Graded and Standard Quality Raw Materials for the manufacturing which undergoes different operations like Machining, Grinding, Heat Treating and Electronic Balancing etc.

All parts are carefully tested and ensured quality before each assembly.    And also an in-house Trial is taken before the delivery of each Machine.

PP Dun Line Extrusion Plant

Dun Line Extrusion Plants are manufactured by using specially designed Gear Box, Screw & Barrel, Die, Hot Air Oven etc. according to the specific requirement of every Customer to produce quality Dun Line Yarn with demanded quantity  at minimum Electric Power consumption as per buyer's requirement. Available in different Models depends on Production requirements.

PP/HDPE Monofilament Extrusion Plant

Monofilament Extrusion Plants are manufactured by using specially designed Gear Box, Screw & Barrel and Die etc. according to the specific requirement of every Customer to produce quality Monofilament Yarn with demanded quantity  at minimum Electric Power consumption.   Available in different Models depends on Production requirements.

These yarns are used for the manufacture of Ropes, Twines for Embroidery, Fishing Nets, Mosquito Nets, Shade Nets, Fencing Nets, Monofilament Niwar/Narrow Woven Fabrics ( Tapes ), Monofilament woven Cloth, Onion Bags, Body Scrubber, Tooth Brush and different types of Brushes used for painting, Vegetables & Fruits filling Bags etc.

PP/HDPE  Tape Extrusion Plant

PP/HDPE Tape ( ‘ T ‘ Die Plant ) Extrusion Plants are available in different Models manufactured by using specially designed Gear Box, Screw & Barrel, ‘T‘ Die and Fibrillating Rolls etc. according to the specific requirement of every Customer to provide quality fibrillated Flat Tapes as per required sizes and quantity  at minimum Electric Power consumption.  Suitable for making Ropes and Twines etc.

PP Box Strap Extrusion Plant

PP Box Strap Extrusion Plants are manufactured by using quality Gear Box, Screw & Barrel, specially designed Die and Embossing Rolls etc. according to the specific requirement of every Customer to provide quality Straps in different dimensions as per customer requirement at minimum Electric Power consumption.  Available in different Models depends on Production capacity.   We can supply Box Strap Extrusion Plant with on line Printing facilities as per customer requirements.

PP Baler Twine (Bailing Twine) Extrusion Plant

PP Baler Twine Extrusion Plants are manufactured by using specially designed Gear Box, Screw & Barrel, ‘T‘ Die and Fibrillating Rolls etc. according to the specific requirement of every Customer to provide quality fibrillated Baler Twines at minimum Electric Power consumption.   Available in different Models depends on Production capacity.

PP  Sutli Extrusion Plant

PP Sutli Extrusion Plants are manufactured by using specially designed Gear Box, Screw & Barrel, ‘T‘ Die etc. according to the specific requirement of every Customer to provide quality Sutli at minimum Electric Power consumption.     Available in different Models depends on Production capacity.

Plastic Waste Recycling Extrusion Plant

With specially designed Hopper Feeder to process all kinds of  Plastic wastes for the manufacture of  Ingots, Chips, Granules etc. as per customer requirement.  Available in different Models according to production capacity.

Multi Spindle Bobbin Winder

To wind the Yarns and Tapes on the Bobbin directly from the Extrusion Line and also can use for winding the Yarns and Tapes collected/purchased from outside.

Facilities to work multiple spindles/stations together or required spindles/stations individually.  Available in multiple spindles/stations.

Inflow Twister

To Pre-Twist the yarns or Tapes feeding from Cones, Spindles/Bobbins from outside Creel to the required Denier and get winded as Cheese/Cross Wound Package with or without core.

Available indifferent Models according to Denier Capacity.

Ply Yarn Twister

To pre-twist the Raw yarns or tapes for making required ply.  Available in different package Models as per customer requirements.

Why is my sister doing this only to me?

I am 9 and my sister Natalie is 14. Natalie tries to tell me what to eat, what to wear, and what to do all the time! For instance, today at lunch we had turkey sandwiches, greenbeans, and watermelon. I am a picky eater so the only thing I like out of that is watermelon. Natalie made me sit there until I ate EVERYTHING! I nearly gaged! And this morning, I wanted to wear sport shorts and a t shirt but she made me change into Jean short shorts and a thick strap tank top. When I came downstairs - in what she picked out - she made me sit down so she could do my hair (which she knows I hate!). Why is she doing this to me? She doesn't do it to any of my other siblings (Mitch (16), Brad (12), and Matt (11)) My parents aren't home from 7am to 6pm. When they are home, they are golfing, with the neighbors, or doing business stuff (both are managers).

Well it sounds to me that your sister is only looking out for you. It may not seem like that to you now, but as you grow older, you will begin to appreciate it more. When it comes to the food, she just wants you to eat your food and not waste it. And as for the clothes and hair, she probably just wants to help you look your best! She doesn't do this to your other siblings because you are her only younger sister so she gets to dress you up and bond with you hope this helps!
