Turkey Mnt

am i eating healthy enough?
for breakfast i had a banana strawberry smoothie
lunch whole wheat tuna sandwich (2 slices) 1/4 grapefruit
snack: 1 apple
dinner: i wana have subway. a 5 footlong a turkey breast and ham sandwich. with some cheese.but no mayo or mustard or oil. im gona eat half of it
im going to the gym around 5 pm im going to take a 45 mnts kickboxing class and 30 mnt yoga class and some cardio(15 mnts) and lifht weight(15 mnts)
is that healthy?
smoothie: 1 medium banana
5 strawberries
1/4 of milk and ice
Everything looks good, I just wouldn't get subs from subway TOO often as they can be pretty calorie dense unless you get the mini subs/salad or soup.
