When I wear a belt around my waist, e.g. with a blouse or a dress, I sometimes happen to wear it extra tighly. I suck in my belly and cinch the belt as tight as it can get. I like it how it flatters my waist. As the dress is not so tight you cant get a muffin top and your waist looks thin.
