How do I get candle wax out of cotton?
Ideally you want to heat the wax up for it to come out. I did get some out once using an iron. It was tricky and I wouldn't recommend it.
You might try holding the cotton object in boiling water. This will soften the wax and either have it come out on its own or be soft enough that you can get it out ourself. I would be very careful of running colors in this process.
